Data Warehouse Project Team

The Data Warehouse project has
been a collaborative effort. A
diverse project team has been
developed, which is made up of RIDE
content experts and district
representatives. In order to
ensure efficient management of the
Data Warehouse project the following
measures have been put in place:
- MS SharePoint
website for team
collaboration
- MS Project to track
project dependencies
- Collaboration with
other State DOE’s
- Collaboration with
other RI State Agencies
- Monthly Executive
Updates – For the DW
Steering Committee,
Commissioner &
Directors,
Superintendents,
District Technology
Directors and the
Governor and Legislators
District Responsibilities
- Identify a “super
user” in the district
who will receive intense
training and serve as a
district resource.
- Work with ESP to map
local data systems to
the data warehouse.
- Support
differentiated
professional development
in data use and data
driven decision-making.
Users need to be trained
to use any decision
support system.
