INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION

CRP AMENDMENTS FOR FY08

Consolidated Resource Plan Amendments for 2007-2008 is to be completed electronically, then printed and submitted as a paper document.  RIDE advises that LEA's review their approved plan, and use it as a template for their amendment. Only programs with changes in them should be submitted, along with the summary budget pages and the cover pages for the application.

Where signatures are requested, we ask that the printed information be entered electronically, the pages printed, then original signatures affixed before making additional copies.  Signatures are requested of the superintendent and of staff responsible for each of the federal programs included in the Plan.

Please submit the amended CRP application
and six (6) copies by January 18, 2008 to:
