The Rensselaerville Institute

This section of our Web site includes resources to assist RIDE's adult education programs in implementing an outcome-based approach to management. The materials have been provided courtesy of our technical assistance partner, The Rensselaerville Institute. The materials include strategies and best practices for leaders, energizing your organization, and how strategic planning should guide outcome achievements. Additional resources will be added over time that continue to focus on best practices and topics of interest.

Feel free to request additional resources in other areas where you can specify a need for more information and insight. E-mail agardner@rinstitute.org
